AD’s 9 Favorite Light Works from Miami Art Week

Last week Miami Art Week had us running all over the city, from the fairs on South Beach to the exhibitions in the Design District, through both monsoons and the blistering sun. We viewed thousands of pieces—literally, thousands—and as we walked the booths, a trend became apparent: Lighting was making waves everywhere.

At Design Miami, a lamp crafted from dog Christmas ornaments appealed to canine lovers everywhere. The captivating illuminations were anglerfish in the deep, luring in their design-loving prey.
