The Google Home Mini is the first generation of Google’s dinky home speaker, which lets you talk to Google Assistant for everything from weather reports to instructions for operating connected smart home devices.

Normally retailing for £49, Black Friday means it’s being sold by Currys PC World for £19 - and you can pick up two for a discounted £34 if you enter the code MINI2 at checkout.

If you’re willing to spend an extra tenner, you can pick up the more recent Google Nest Mini for £29. That extra cash will net you better audio quality and faster performance.
